Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to Nolyr, an AI software-as-a-service workspace for marketers and creative teams (“Nolyr”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using Nolyr, you agree to these Terms. If you use Nolyr for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

1. The service

Nolyr provides tools for campaign planning, scripts, storyboards, scenes, image and video generation, project context, and related Studio, REST API, and MCP workflows. Features and model availability may change during preview and are only available when shown as enabled in the product. Nolyr does not promise a particular model, output, availability level, or business result.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account, credentials, submitted prompts, files, and activity under your account. Do not use Nolyr to break the law, infringe another person's rights, evade safeguards, generate harmful or deceptive material, or interfere with the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit and for any instructions you give Nolyr.

3. Plans, subscriptions, and Credits

Nolyr may offer Free, Pro, Agency, and Business plans. Plan limits, included Credits, seats, and prices are shown on the pricing page or in an order confirmation. Credits are usage units for AI-generation work. A quote or cost preview is an estimate of the applicable Credit charge; the final charge may reflect the completed operation as described in the product.

Included Credits are spent before purchased Credits. Credits are not cash, are not a deposit, and cannot be transferred or redeemed except where required by law. Purchased Credit expiration, if any, will be shown clearly before purchase and will be applied only as permitted by applicable law.

4. Payment and taxes

Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. You authorize the applicable recurring subscription charge and/or one-time Credit purchase. You are responsible for accurate billing information and any taxes that apply to your purchase unless the checkout provider is required to collect them.

5. Outputs and your content

As between you and Nolyr, you retain your rights in content you submit. Subject to payment and these Terms, we assign to you any rights we may have in generated outputs to the extent permitted by law. Outputs may not be unique, may contain errors, and may resemble outputs provided to others. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring that their use is lawful, safe, and appropriate for your audience.

6. Privacy and data handling

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless the product and your agreement expressly permit it.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or limit access to protect the service, users, or third parties, or to address non-payment or a Terms violation. You may stop using a plan through the available account or billing controls. Subscription cancellation and refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Nolyr is provided as available during preview. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any liability cap and mandatory consumer protections must be completed with the governing law and business details below and may not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. The revised date will appear at the top. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
